What is your returns policy?
We hope your Bryco Goods products bring you continued joy. However, should you find that a product is not suitable, we would be pleased to coordinate a refund or exchange in accordance with the instructions below.
Returns Period
Standard Returns: 30 calendar days from the date shown on your receipt or shipping confirmation.
Holiday Returns: Items purchased between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until February 28th.
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”, or similar are not eligible for return unless defective or where prohibited by law.
Any statutory rights you may have in your jurisdiction apply in addition to this policy.
Eligibility and Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
i. Be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and unused, except where the product is faulty or not as described.
ii. Include proof of purchase. This should be in the form of your original order confirmation. If your purchase was recorded against your Bryco Goods profile, you can find your order confirmation there. Alternatively, you can provide us with your full name, email address and order number, if available, along with a clear photo of the purchased product in your possession.
If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, or you received your product as a gift, please share a clear photo of the item so our team can assist you further.
What Cannot Be Returned
i. Gift cards or store credits
ii. Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)
iii. Perishable or health-/personal-care items once opened (unless defective)
Products Purchased Through Amazon
If you purchased your product through Amazon, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly via the “Contact Us” page of their website. Note that Amazon has a 30 day returns period.
Product Purchased From a Third Party
We do not accept returns for products purchased from third-party sellers. For assistance, we recommend that you contact the place of purchase directly.
How Do I Make a Return?
For returns, please contact our Customer Support team at support@brycogoods.com. In your email, include your proof of purchase, supporting photographs, and your contact details. Once we receive your return request, a Customer Support Representative will get in touch with detailed return instructions.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method. An exchange for alternative products can be made up to the value of the original purchase.
What If My Experience Falls Outside the Scope of this Policy?
